Hello, I have a 2002 3800 Open with the optional fishing rod storage enclosures on port and starboard sides of the cockpit. The latches are badly corroded. I can't find a place to buy new ones. Has anyone been able to find a place that sells replacements?

Hello. I have an ‘01 3800 Open and replaced mine earlier this year. Reach out to S2 Yachts (aka, Tiara Yachts) in Holland, MI. They may have to order if not in stock but that was the only place I found. Mine were extremely corroded but it was super easy to swap them out. Good luck.
