Agreed, but I thought the one for $39,000 in Hilton head was too cheap as well.  Then I went and saw it and now have it under contract.  Point being; sometimes it's a scam, sometimes it's not.  If I lived near Orlando I would go and check it out.

Total scam. It has inboard and no trolling motor.
