Hi Im a new member, Thank you to all members for having this helpful site and for sharing good info with other Tiara owners.

Im involved with helping yacht owners and boat owners, running a Tiara 38 LS 2019 and a Tiara 53 Coupe 2018, previously had a Tiara 58 Sovran 2007.
We've had these boats since new from the Tiara dealers and now with a few years time and experience owning the 38 & 53 we think Tiara makes a very good product and have been happy with the boats.
But unfortunately we have realized that Tiara doesn't support owners very well and we have been disappointed with local Tiara dealers and their promises of service after the sale.

New owner here as of Oct. I have heard Tiara support was very good but have not had to call them. love their boats! Nice gig running boats up to the cape! Out of Gloucester MA here.

So you came on a Tiara site to trash Tiara? How about some anecdotal evidence? Maybe a story or two?

I own a 22 year old Tiara and they’ve been ridiculously helpful. Have answered every question I’ve had within 24 hours.

Hello, 

I just purchased an older Tiara. A 1995 4000 Express. 

I did contact Tiara regarding a few questions and report here that they did get back to me and help as much as they could. Not bad considering the boat is 27 years old.
