I have to replace the OEM alternator and cannot determine which alternator to buy. The manufacturer references two versions, 55 amp or 100 amp and the existing alternator has no markings.
I have a generator so rarely, if ever, need to use the inverter. Also, this is on the port engine and charges the engines battery bank. Online I have found plenty of the 55amp replacements but can’t find anyone selling the 100 amp option.

Thanks for your insights
Let me know what you find, I am looking to replace my alternators and wanted to go with 100 amp, I'm running 4 downriggers, the Apex 19 and FishHawk directly off the batteries (with fuses) and sometimes the low voltage warning light comes on, on my starboard engine
On my 3600 they are 100 amp alternators on my crusaders. I believe most Tiara's have 100 amp as one motor charges the starting batteries and the other motor handles the house battery bank.
