The starboard side outlets on the boat are inop. The switch on the panel is on. Is there a GFI switch, other than the one on the helm outlet, located anywhere on the boat?

Our owner's manual was wrong and our GFCIs were behind a drawer next to the electrical distribution panel. Had to remove the drawer to see them and reset the culprit! Perhaps your will be more help.
If not, try head cabinets, galley cabinets too, that's where they were on our Sea Ray and Grand Banks in the past.
Good luck.

I had the same issue on my 06 38 open, besides the breakers that are labeled for the outlets on the electrical panel, I found three blind (no plug in holes) GFCI’s behind the main salon seat cushion. On my boat it’s to the left of the breaker panels under the stairs. First pull the seat cushion and underneath there should be a removable panel behind which you’ll find the battery charger
And the three blind GFCIs.
