Just recently purchased a 3100 Open, 2000 model year and I'm looking for a download of the owners manual. Any suggestions? New boat owner and had the good fortune of being stopped by USCG on first trip out of harbor for a safety check. Hahaha! What are the odds. Luckily, I had everything I needed and was able to carry on. Just thought it was funny. Must have been a flashing sign on my boat that said "Hey, check this guy out, he's new!!"
