Hey gang,

What have you all used to clean the teak & holly floor in the cabin.  Did you put anything on the floor to protect it? (Mop&Glo?)  How did you clean the dirt out of the grooves?

I vacuum and then use Murphys Oil Soap.

I use Bona Hardwood Floor Cleaner and murphy oil

No mop and glo. I spent days scraping off build up in my home from mop and glo. It does protect the wood but it also just layers up dirt and grime.

I just damp paper towels in soapy water and that has done the trick on t&h.

Not sure about Mop & Glo but I use Bona Hardwood Floor Cleaner 2-3 times a year and have not seen a buildup of any kind. I do wipe it down with a damp cloth occasionally and vaccum it as well to get the sand up.. Have a runner going down the center and mat in the galley which I pick up duing winter layup
