Thanks to those that have responded to my previous questions and I hope some of my answers have helped someone. We've had this boat since July and just love it. Too bad our season is coming to an end. I've been playing with various RPM settings and it seems my fuel consumption is about the same at 10 mph as at 20 mph on plane. We are on the Ohio River so smooth water 99% of the time. Engines are very well maintained with 870 hours. Any suggestions?
Contact Tiara customer service and ask for a performance report. Here is an example of one for a 35 Open. You will never hit the numbers on these reports with your boat as these were brand spanking new and probably significantly lighter than any 10/20/30 year old boat.
