Looking for a set of the diesel exhaust flanges for my 2001 35 open, that are screwed on with three screws at each side back waterline.
Was shocked that Tiara could not offer these due to age   Anyone have any idea where I might find these?  
This boat is new to me, and very surprised Tiara dose not offer parts any longer for such an expensive boat...

Tiara is far and away the best in the business at offering support for older boats. It is completely unrealistic to think they're going to keep parts for 25 year old boats in stock.

Are they broken? They can be taken off, cleaned and re-bedded if you are leaking on the inside. You may be able to have someone 3-D print some new ones too as another option.

If you haven’t done so it may be worth asking if they sourced those parts or fabricated them internally. Tiara will often give you the name of the supplier for parts they no longer carry.

one of them was broke, destroyed completely while removing.  Unfortunately boats are not like old metal, can still get most all parts for my 60 year old JD dozer, etc.  
I have someone that chimed in parting his 04 33 open next week, looks like the same part.
Also have another pic of someone that fabricated a nice set out of stainless.
