My air horn stopped working. I checked all on my manuals and can't locate where it is. My guess is that it is between the helm and the AC / DC panel below deck.
Also, I am guessing that there is an air compressor involved.
Any info is appreciated.

On my 2003 38 open the compressor is located behind steering station (tilt the helm station) and then behind a screw out deck plate on the starboard side of the inner hull liner. Not sure if yours is in the same place
On my 33 open the compressor is located behind the 6in screw in cover on the starboard panel at the helm. I suggest taking off the connections at the compressor (should be fairly easy to pull off) and putting a meter across the terminals. Should have 12volts there when you activate the switch.
