RBFF seminar on angler recruitment and retention set for February

The Recreational Boating & Fishing Foundation said a webinar will be held Feb. 22 on efforts to recruit anglers and keep people fishing. The RBFF said Matt Dunfee, programs manager at the Wildlife Management Institute, will speak at the webinar, which is set for 2 to 3 p.m. Eastern time. RBFF and the Aquatic Resources
