1988 3100 has smoked glass (or plexi) over sink in cockpit.  It has cracked. How do we replace?

I had to replace the plexiglass in my last boat. I pulled it off and took it to a shop locally in Orlando and they cut new ones. They came out perfect with clean lines. Didnt cost a ton either. I am sure you should find a plexiglass shop in any major city around you.
