Glendinning cablemaster

2001 Tiara 38open. Only pays out, will not retract. Where to start?

There are two electric switches that help control that system. One is the "out limit switch" which is on the collar that guides the cable in and out of the tub. The "in limit switch" is just inside of the short tube that leads from where the unit goes through the boat. Check to make sure those switches haven't been jostled out of place.

If everything looks right with those switches, I've just give Glendinning a call. I can't think of an outfit that provides better customer service.
