Do you want to platform to hold your tender as its main purpose? Or are you looking to use it to swim or dive off of as well? If your main goal is just to easily launch and recover your tender your best option is going to be freedom lift. This will still cost you about $25,000 plus. If you do want the whole platform to go up and down the company to talk to is nautical structures. This is the brand used on new Tiaras. This will cost you 40,000+. In most cases original plan form can be used but must be reinforced.

anyone done it o have recommendations
I considered this since I did see a few 40 expresses with hyrdo platforms. When I priced it out it was $25k just for the mechanicals. Then labor, fiberglass work etc would push it to $40k easily. Depending on value of the boat its around 20%....aka not worth it in my opinion. Since my main goal was hauling around my 11' RIB a Hurley H3O plus setup worked fine.
