Marine Mat seeks patent for foam-traction mats

Marine Mat said it filed a patent application titled Removable Foam Traction Mat that claims the benefit of an earlier filed provisional patent. Florida-based Marine Mat said its snap-it series EVA foam mats are polyester fiber-reinforced multilayered mats that are designed to be strong enough to utilize snaps.
