trying to get the green salt look off my thru hull fittings in engine room, was told a mixture of baking soda and vinegar and a scrub brush will do the trick?? any other solutions do better???any ideas?

I just hit it with a brass wire brush. Doesn't take much scrubbing. Guess it depends on how bad yours is.

I just put a wire wheel on a cordless drill and they clean up nicely.
