Have you tried contacting Tiara directly? From what i hear they are very helpfull in things like this.

Hi Mike. I did purchase directly from Tiara. No longer plastic, and somewhat costly, but was an exact replacement and better quality.

relatively new to me: 1994 Tiara 3100 Open 454 TBI Crusaders
Lifetime racing and cruising sailor throughout New England
More recent home port is upper Hudson river with our Tiara (closer to home)
