You may need to ask Tiara. On my ‘01 43 there was a molded cover to the left of the slider that I believe is set in with an adhesive and screws. Pretty sure it wraps up and around the map box and looked to me to be a real job to get it out.
I tried unsuccessfully to get my stairs out. According to Tiara there is access to the mounting screws once you pull out the treads. Turned out not to be true on my vintage as the stair moldings were totally sealed. Only way in was from ER behind electrical . If you pull the courtesy light out of the stair molding you should be able to see inside and if pulling the treads will give you the necessary access.
Sorry to hear about your tank issues. My friend had the same issue with holding tank and I ended up replacing both fuel tanks. I hold Tiara in the highest regard except for the decision to go cheap on something so important and inaccessible as tanks.
Maybe consider hanging a bunch of Moving blankets and bring in a plasma cutter. Then have new tanks fabricated in place or made in such a way to simplify installation.
I have a 3100 Open but had an issue with water entering the cabin area.
I was convinced it was a leak in my water holding tank.
After 1 year of trying every angle possible I finally discovered the water source.
I was in the anchor box...specifically the bond between the drain plug fixtures and the glass.
At close inspection I was able to see a crack in the bonding material (maybe 5200).
I sanded/cleaned and resealed with either 5200 or 4200.
No more leaking for me.
The water that builds up under the wood floor is no pleasure removing given there is no clear drainage path.
Thanks for the info and suggestions. Tiara actually sent me some information, although they are still suggesting there are screws under the stair threads but I already know that is not the case. They did also suggest I remove the trim at the stop of the stairs, which I will do next week.
