Vessel Info: 1999 Tiara 3100 open Cummins diesels

Have a ‘99 31’ open with Cummins diesels and having trouble identifying the motor mounts. Would anyone have an idea as to what these are in the picture. Both places I have tried said they were Barry mounts, but as you can see by the pic they are not.
