Steering to starboard difficult at cruise speed

My 3100 Open turn easy to port at cruising speed but turns very hard to starboard. Idle speed there is no difference, are my rudders out of rig. Thanks in advance

Can someone at least tell me if this is normal, this is my first twin inboard.
