Hi - I purchased a 2004 Tiara 3100 a few months ago and can't figure out how to raise the helm to get access to the engines. I unclipped the enclosure, made sure shore power was on, all switches on, and pressed the rocker switch, but nothing happened...

There is an interlock under the removable port side "L" shaped seat. Take a look and remove the forward section and try again. The interlock is a safety to ensure the seat is removed prior to lifting the engine hatch

Thanks, forgot to mention that - I removed the seat and still did not raise.

Assume you turned the helm switches on the master panel as the lift works from 12 v. . Additionally check the fuses located on the helm station and take a careful look at the switch itself. I had the switch on my boat go bad. Lots of corrosion on the back of switch itself... Good luck.

Appreciate any help out there!
Check under the removable seat, there is a button which often gets stuck in the closed position, pull it up with a pair of needlenose pliers. Its install to protect the cylinders and motors . Good luck, get back to me if this works.

I have a 2004 35 Open. Mine has a magnet attached to the bottom edge of the jumper seat and there is a sensor for it in the storage area under the bench seat. I would start there in trying to determine the issue.
