After a lot of research, we just ordered one from this place:

Haven’t received it yet, so no review, but they came highly recommended from several sources. I also liked that they come and do all the templating so there NO chance I can screw or up! Will report back on the final product once we receive in a few weeks.

On my last 2 Tiaras we ordered a foam mattress in a box and used a really sharp fillet knife to cut it to shape. Both slept well.

Or a electric carving knife works well

I bought a foam mattress pad to place on top of my existing mattress. That is working fine for us.

My just sold boat came with this brand. It was the Plush latex according the handwritten tag. My wife and I reaaly liked it. Slept very good. We intend to have the same made for our next boat.
