Does anyone know if any of the 39's were produced with shafts, rather than IPS?

Thanks, HNS1
Looking to upgrade, but finding the used inventory very limited. Not seeing any with direct drive on the internet.

Yes they were manufactured with direct drive if ordered with Cummins

I would double check this as I believe the 39 and 43 Sovran's were both exclusively designed for IPS propulsion. They were available with IPS 400 and IPS 500 (which I owned). FWIW the IPS 400 was largely considered to be underpowered.

The 43', 39' and the 35' Sovran were only available with IPS.

Thanks, that coincides with my research.
