Does anyone know of a source for the roller assemblies for a 1997 Open companion way door. Need top and bottom. Tiara doesn't use that system any longer and have none for replacement parts.
No sorry that is the train and truck system that is used now. What I am doing is I have taken the roller assy apart now from the door and bought new roller bearing according to the pin size hole. They are smaller outside diameter but much better bearings. I am having new ones made out of nylon with the new bearings pressed fit into them. I was trying to figure out a way to adapt the truck and train system to the door but it was to complicated. Let me know if you come up with anything

Thanks for the info, Kurt. If I read your post correctly, you've already determined that the 1997 yr used the old style (as I suspected) and that adapting the new style system is a PIA...

I guess I'll keeping looking, then!
Correct. It would require cutting off the top and bottom of the door, maybe even the glass to use the current system. going to still work on a solution though. Actually taking the bearings to a guy today to have the new ones made.
Tiara did not manufacture that truck and track system. Someone out there has to either still manufacture those, or if not, someone has to have some new/old stock to replace those. Where you able to get a manufacture off the door parts?
