Thanks for all the replies and helpful tips. Unfortunately, the search for the leak continues. I may bring in a professional as I seem to be wasting a lot of money and energy replacing parts that don't need to be replaced.

It doesn’t happen often but sometimes the vacuum generator itself (the plastic tank like thing the vacuum pump sits on) can develop a crack.

A spray bottle with soapy water is your friend. As is turning everything off (to eliminate ambient noise). Don’t expect bubbles. It’s a vacuum system. The soapy water often create a whistling kind of noise at the leak.
