I don't have a recommendation as to replacement switch, but I can tell you that since I installed a Balmar SG200 Battery Monitor in my DC panel on our 2004 3500 Open, I never use the rotary selector switch at all to check my battery voltage. The monitor tells me so much more than just voltage.

By the way, that analog meter that's in the panel consumes a surprising amount of power if you leave the selector to either one of the choices rather than off. Check out the Balmar monitor.
