Fresh Water Engine Flush
#1
The current boat I have is a 31 Open. It has hose connections on each strainer that supplies water to the impellers to each engine. I routinely flush the engines but need to run the engines to do so. I saw somewhere that for engines that do not have lift mufflers that you can install a T fitting in the hose between the impeller pump and the engine input and flush the engine without running it because the 31 Tiara uses a wet exhaust system that water runs straight out the exhaust.

Anyone do this?
