Same issue on my 3200 and drove me nuts. I finally figured it out - there is a small section of plastic cutout to allow the curtains to be installed approximately in line with the throttle controls near eye level. Water was running down the curtains and hitting this gap in the track and THEN creeping down the window and pooling where you mention. 

I am attempting to fab a small plastic part to fill to hope and hope to resolve this way.
