38' OPEN transom mounted bait tank

[Hemlock_SF]

We were planning on adding a deck mounted Bait Tank but it will make lifting the fish box difficult to lift out and move out of the way.

Does anyone have the transom bait tank ? do they work well ?

I'd trade my transom bench seat for a bait tank if anyone needs extra seating.

Hi Groper, did you find a solution for your bait tank? I have recently purchase a 2005 3800 open and I am looking to do the same. I am also thinking removing the rear facing seat behind the helm and putting it there. Just worried about putting 500 to 600 lbs on one side of the boat
