Just bought a 2002 4100 Open.   One of the immediate peeves is the design of the stern scuppers.   There is a depression of about 3/4 inch in front of each one that prevents all the water from draining out.   Always have 10x3x3/4 inch of dirty stagnant water that can never get out unless I blast it with a hose but still have residual water sitting in there.    Not sure why they would design this.   Anyone have ideas on how to address this?   Any type of insert available that can be placed there allow full drainage?
