Sorry but not familiar with the 35 shore power wiring. What was your power cord configuration before you had the issues at the pedestal? If you have two 30A inlets then typically you will need two 30a cords, one each connected to a dedicated 30a receptacle or into a 50A splitter. Splitting a single 30A into two 30s will most likely not provide the required power.

If only one 30A cable is providing power to the boat, and you have two connected, then check the inlet breaker for the second cord as it could be tripped or defective.

It is not unusual for boat builders to put the ACs on one 30A cable and remaining systems on the other 30a cable (when wiring a boat with two 30a inlets)
