Thanks again! These are very helpful photos. How does the rear bench backrest attach? Is it just supported by those brackets and you lift it up and out? Or are there screws as well? What shop did you use for the upholstery? Did you re-use the foam?

Yes, the backrest is only attached by the brackets. No screws. Simply give it a good tug on each end and it will pop up. It is pretty snug and reinstalling requires a little pressure to get the brackets back together.

I live in Seattle, WA and used Styles Auto & Marine Upholstery in Victoria, BC. They reused the existing foam but added 1/4” layer to everything “to smooth it out”. It turned out beautifully but a few pieces required slight hinge adjustments to get the seams and edges of the adjacent cushions to align. All pretty simple stuff.
