Closing this out.
After trying
New filter
Oil flush
Change oil twice
Changed sending unit
…..
I purchased a high oil pressure relief valve.
$6 part. (Recommend getting new O rings also.
Thank goodness it was starboard engine .

Took off hoses and 2 bolts - replace relief valve.

Good as new

Thanks to all of the suggestions along the way.
