Hi Kent...good luck with the new boat. I would not think twice about replacing a 14 yr old water heater. Replacing just the element would be throwing good money after bad in my opinion. In terms of size...there should be a plaque somewhere on the heater with the model number, serial number, capacity, etc. If you can't find it, I would call Tiara and give them your hull number and they should be able to tell you what Hot Water Heater was installed. Keep us posted on your progress.
