low fuel pressure
#1
I have a 1991 27 open tiara that has been running great. However, after not using it for nearly 5 months, I cannot get the port engine to start. After removing the air filter from the carburator I discovered that there is barely any fuel spraying from the injectors. It seems obvious to me that I have a low fuel pressure situation. I have asked several folks here in key largo and been told that it could be a bad fuel pump, bad fuel pump relay, a fried fuse, etc. Any ideas??? I am pretty good at fixing mechanical problems, but need direction as to where to look. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Juan.
