This is a serious problem. CO is a silent killer. Give us some more information. Generator running, traveling down wind, trolling, side windows or forward hatch closed ? Where are your exhausts including your generator exhaust? Has the boat been modified? Did you add a new canvas setup ? Is this a station wagon effect? Until you resolve the problem I would make sure the CO detector always has fresh batteries and perhaps add a second detector. The first symptom of CO poisoning is usually a head ache.
