Try back flushing the lines using full garden hose pressure, both inside the box and outside at the tru-hull. Fish scales and guts will sometimes jam up the hose. There are chopper blades in the pump and an impeller to push the waste through. Often the impeller blades break off and you loose pumping capacity. Then it's time to pull the pump for an overhaul.  Capt.  George
