windshield vent motor

Hi, I think my motor has just about had it. 31' '94 open. It seems to be very intermittent and sometimes not all.  I thought it was the switch but now i think its the actual motor. What can i do with it, rebuild or replace it? And where can i find replacement (other than stealing from my buddy's '96 .
