I suggest you have the boat on a travel lift and tip and tilt it so that one corner of the tank is the low point. That way you are sure to get most of the contaminants.
Also check that your vent hose goes up from the vent before making a "U" turn down to the tank. That is usually the source of water in the fuel tank.
