Tiara Open Engine room hatch lift
#3
(06-04-2017, 04:09 PM)trit21 Wrote: What boat do you have? I have a 2000 Tiara 3500 and under the helm there are 2 relays that control the power for the lifts. Mine occasionally have to be replaced. They are automotive relays. I have the schematics which helped me find them (of course you have to know how to read schematics). On my boat they are located again behind the helm of the far starboard side way down at the bottom, have to almost crawl behind the helm to get to them. If they have burned out (got dirty or oxidized) the lift will not work. One side will, other side will not. This would be my first guess, pretty common issue.

I have a 31 Open, I appreciate the response and will look for the relays
