I replaced the unit in my 3600 with this unit from Dometic. Works well, but is sensitive to water flow from an efficiency point of view. I just replaced the 8.5gpm circ pump and what a difference it made! In lower Alabama, or NW FL as some see it, I try to clean the strainer and run a mild acid through the system monthly at least. Weekly clean out on the strainer is best. Out unit runs 24x7x365 and grass, barnacles, and mussels love the inside of the pickup hose and strainer. Keep those clean and the system works great. No loud relays on mine. Fan noise is high, but it is a small unit in a small cabin.
