Take a breath, my friend. Hull blisters are like pimples on your behind...everyone has 'em and no one (for the most part ) can see them...so who cares.
If you want to learn more about hull blisters, google any Hatteras owners forum, as all Hatteras yachts built in the 80's suffered from them.
First- You have nothing to worry about. The hull is a solid core. No wood or coring so no worry about water intrusion.
Second- If you try and "repair", you are only going to be chasing your tail, as they will reappear in spots that look ok now.
My advice: Sand it, coat it, paint it and find something else to worry about.
