I have a 2000 Tiara 3500 Open with the fish box hatch and love the room it offers. But, I would also agree with Chris that it really is a pain to clean it when the time comes. You have to remove the box filled with ice/water/blood etc and try not to dump any in the aft bilge. Maybe mine just didn't come with the macerator option for the fish box but it really is a pain. I am looking for some way to install a macerator pump or something else to remove and drain the fish box overboard and not in the aft bilge OR I may go the cooler route. Looking for ideas or suggestions as well. IMO.
