Hi, 

I am in the process of buying a used Tiara 3100 open. Due to the slip sizes available,  the only way to fit to marina's 
35 feet limit is to remove the swim platform. Has anyone any prior experience or feedback on removing swim platform
on 3100 open ?

I saw a yard removing one for a customer a few years back. As I recall it was a major undertaking due to the use of copious amounts of 5200. They got it off but it was chore.

Find a different marina
