Battery chargers 2004 52 Sovran Salon

I am trying to identify what chargers charge what batteries in my 2004 52 Sovran Salon. I have the original Heart Freedom 25 inverter/ charger that is connected to the house bank of 8 batteries and a new Mastervolt Chargemaster Plus 40A charger that has 2 charging leads. This charger does charge the 4 batteries for the engine bank but I don't know where the second charging lead goes. Both chargers are located under the companionway stairway.

I also have a third charger (an original Charles charger) on the starboard side front bulkhead of the engine room that I don't know what it does or where it goes.  The lights are indicating that there is some kind of error as both the red and green are blinking. My mechanic is saying to ignor it (?!)  All batteries appear to be charged and operating as they should.

Finally I have a bow thruster but can't find the battery location.  Any help would be greatly appreciated for providing some clarification on these questions.  Mike

I just has a major changing issue on my Sovran.   Perhaps get a new mechanic...... recommend that you call Tiara (parts dept and speak with Brian Kane) 
Also hire an marine electrician .......someone who only works with electricity.  Most mechanics do not, you get what you pay for.  
Also test all batteries
