Edit Reason: Question relevance
)
Hi all, we just bought a 1984 continental and looking really forward to taking it out this summer. It was well taken care of, but being an older boat, it could use some TLC.
Firstly, the power outlets don’t seem to work. As a result, the fridge isn’t working, but not sure if we can isolate it to the outlets until we get those going around the cabin. Also, would it be a better idea to upgrade to GFCI?
Second, the levers that open the windshield vents are not working. Port side is actually frozen. Can I remove these to repair the issue?
On the topic of electrical, we also need to know how to gain access to the inside of the helm console. Is this done through the ceiling panel above the bed area?
Looking forward to responses!
