I have a 40 Express 2000. My port light window is leaking badly from the back. Not through the seal. I removed the screws on the inside but could not remove anything
Can anyone tell me how to go about stopping the leak

** This may not help much, but some vaseline along the inside edges stope some leaks. Yours may be past that. Good luck.

If you have the same style as mine, try removing and replacing the sealant between the outer frame and body.

Mine are exactly the same. I tried that. Removed and re caulked. Did not work. The water pours in somehow behind the window. I have been told to remove and re bed. Problem is I can't figure how to remove. I removed all the screws on the inside an nothing would move. If you have any idea how to remove please let me know.

On the outside, right where the arrow is pointing in the picture above, there is a bead of caulk that needs to be removed before the two sections will separate.
On my 3300 open, same thing. Removed the screws and would not budge. I then read a post that said to open the window, grab each side and pull. Felt like I was going to break something but it came out. Start by wiggling, then some hefty pulling. Once that was out you can remove the screws for the outside / trim ring.
Not sure if mine is the same as yours but hope this helps.
