Where is Water Coming In?

Not a huge problem -- but there seems to be a consistent amount of water in my mid bildge and forward bilge (boat is a 29 Coronet).  The bit of water in the forward bilge is often foul smelling especially when the boat is sitting a while and the cabin is so small that it is noticeable.

My bilge pumps never run on there own (i.e., there is never enough water to trigger the float switch).  I usually switch them on manually for a bit after each run of the boat.

Any thoughts on where to look as to where water is coming in? Or is this just an inevitable that I should live with?

The only things I can come up with
Shower sump not pumping
Air conditioning condensate drain blockage
Hot water tank leak
Thru hull weeping

I don't have an AC or a shower in this boat.
