hi all i bought a 2000 31 open with twin 3116's   i was told she would do almost 30 knots wide open by a few people who previously owned or ran the boat  fresh out the yard with clean props serviced motors and a freshly painted bottom i barely get 21 knots WOT and cruise at aroound 14 knots at 2100 rpm  clearly theres something not right and i assume its the props which were replaced not long before i bought the boat   is there anyone out there with the same boat and same motors and could provide prop numbers/sizes?\

Well I know we are not comparing apples to apples but on my 31 I had 8.1 gasers and the props were 19x23. 1 1/2" shafts. What is on your boat now?

Email Tiara customer service. They will provide you with the performance report for that model with those engines and it will list the props as well as speed vs. rpm. That's the best place to start.
