Hello, I am a 2 time tiara owner and am attempting to help some friends at the marina. They have a 1996 Tiara 3300 equipped with Crusader XLI TBI engines. A yard monkey installed a hatch lift that is far from acceptable. It lifts the hatch about 13 inches. He discarded the old unit and Tiara can’t seem to provide the specs or part numbers. I hear that Norton Duff and Thompson are the go to units. I need help with part numbers, open/closed measurements etc…anything will help and be greatly appreciated.

Just for reference, mine was the DM12-20A5-18. (Got the part number off the old one.)
Mine had an 18" stroke, was $630 and took 6 months to get.

I just received one from Thompson lead time was 6 weeks. Ordered through MRO Supply $880 total cost, Thompson quoted $950.00 hope this helps
